Use the Aged Care tab on the search bar, or pass type=aged-care in the URL (propvia.com.au/properties?type=aged-care). Filters cover independent living, assisted living, and retirement living.

Are Propvia listings live and current?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Listings are published by agents and vendors and removed when sold or off-market. Each listing displays its publish date and the agent's contact details.

Can I see recently sold properties?

Yes. Switch to the Sold tab on the properties page to view recently sold listings — useful as comparable-sale data for buyers and sellers.

Can I list a hotel, pub or B&B on Propvia?

Yes. Hospitality vendors and brokers can list hotels, pubs, resorts, B&Bs and motels via the List Your Hotel page. Listings include EBITDA, freehold/leasehold structure, and licence details.
